Your DFW Security Advisors now offers internet alarm monitoring through ipDatatel’s Broadband Alarm Transmitter (BAT). The BAT connects the customer's alarm panel to the central station via a broadband internet connection using ipDatatel’s signal control systems. Alarm signals can then be sent to the central station while other signals can be transmitted directly to endusers by automatic means, such as voice call, text SMS text, and/or email. The BAT can also be used in conjunction with the customer’s iPhone, iPod, most Blackberrys and Android powered devices. The customer may choose the destination of each type of signal. Alarm, supervisory, trouble, open/close, and other signals can be routed to the central station or directly to the customer or both.
